Requesting Certificates

Certificate of Good Standing

If you require a Certificate of Good Standing to be sent to an Australian State/Territory Registration Board you will need to provide the Board with the following:

• a written request advising of the State/Territory Registration Board where the Certificate of Good Standing needs to be sent;
• payment of $25.00.

Certificate of Identity

If you require a Certificate of Identity to be sent to the United Kingdom, Eire, Ireland or New Zealand Registration Board you will need to provide the Board with the following:

• a written request advising of the Registration Board where the Certificate of Identity needs to be sent;
• two passport size photographs which have your signature on the back as well as certification by a Justice of the Peace that the photographs are a true likeness of you;
• payment of $25.00.
